Please join us for a presentation/workshop on financial aid and scholarships on Wednesday, March 25th, at 6 pm. In the library.  You will learn how to write scholarship essays, put scholarships together, and find out about scholarship opportunities! Mr and Ms South is this thursday in the auditeria starting at 6:30

All Credit By Choice grades must be received in the Registrar’s office by May 1, 2015 to be added to graduate semester credits.   Grades must be sent directly from the Institution giving the grade by fax to 907-742-6259 and an official copy mailed.   No copies directly from students are accepted.  No exceptions!   Any questions, contact Wendy Pondolfino, Curriculum Principal.

We are now offering Yogurt, Tangerines, Bananas, Izzie Drinks, and assorted juices. Stop by the school store and check out our new items. We also sell  bottles of water for only $1.00.

We are looking for a few good artist to submit artwork for the cover of the graduation program.  If you would like to see examples of past covers or have any questions, please see Ms. Frankenburger in the library.  Submissions are due to Ms. Frankenburger by Monday, April 13th.

Do you enjoy being in the spotlight or dream of singing in front of a large audience? Would you like to perform at graduation by singer the National Anthem or another song?  If so, auditions for graduation singers will be held on April 7th at 2:15 in the choir room, C202. Please sign up in the library with Ms. Frankenburger.  If you have any questions concerning auditioning, please see Ms. Nelson in C202.

The results for the ASVAB test will be at lunch in the commons at the bottom of the stairs.  A representative will be there to read the results to you.

South’s robotics THAT team is heading to Oakland, CA Thursday to compete in the West Sugar Regional Competition. They are one of the 12 teams representing AK, and are hoping to advance to the World competition later this year. If you see Gus Floerchinger, Trevor Spraug, Alex Wong, Scott Parmalee, or Matt Johnson today, please wish them luck.

CLUBS

Gay Straight Alliance meets today at lunch in room F111.

Permaculture Club meets tomorrow at lunch in H 109. We'll be discussing plants, planning and popcorn.
